Adjustment of diverter gates (chutes)

In diverter gates (chutes) the material flow is directed to one of two or three collecting or continuation devices. The material flow is normally designed vertically. The flap itself rests in the material flow and in the end positions against the wall of the diverter gate.

Vibrations, which are inevitably transmitted to the electric actuator via the lever arm, are damped by the integrated spring system. The spindle system is thus protected and guarantees a long life time. This also applies equally to the corrosion protection of the RACO electric actuator, which is able to cope with both environmental conditions and fluctuating temperatures.
