RCM 100 intelligent controlling and monitoring module

The RACO RCM 100 controller has been specially designed and combined into one unit that has controlling, regulating and monitoring functions.

Monitoring of the speed, controlling the position and regulating the synchronous running of two adjustable drives are possible by using the RACO RCM 100 controller module. Specific supplementary functions are simple to integrate, so that the requirements of handling and automated technology are satisfied easily.

The RACO RCM 100 controller – including reversing protection and a 24 V power pack – can be supplied either as an integrated solution that is pre-configured in the device’s supplementary box on the electric cylinder or separately for mounting in the switch cabinet.

Standard applications for remotely controlling the position, switching off the overload and operating in parallel are available ready to operate in the RCM module according to the requirement. Applications for specific customers are designed and constructed on a cost basis.
